The school runs Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes almost daily, where all levels are welcome. Our brand new Brazilian Jiu Jitsu students are progressively taught the fundamental system and in a short time develop the confidence to participate with all skill levels. We are adamant about safety and respect in order to insure a positive, healthy and enjoyable experience. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a lifestyle.
