Congratulations to all our Brazilian Jiu JItsu students that were promoted October 2025. Upcoming promotions will be in April 2023. We will let you know the date as soon as it is set!!
We will be closed November 27th, 28th and 29th in observance of Thanksgiving! We will have an adjusted schedule for the Christmas holiday break.
We have changed our Saturday morning Jiu Jitsu class time to 11:15. We have a student open mat immediately following at 12:00.
We have started a ladies only class at 6pm Fridays!
Remember we offer a discount for all first responders and their families.
